Emily may be able to accompany you in facing life’s challenges and to help you foster improved well-being through the exploration of your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
She strives to achieve this by providing a warm, supportive, and empathic environment to assist with desired change. She also work with adults in a client-centered fashion, adapting my approach to individual needs.
As a Ph.D. candidate in clinical psychology supervised by Dr. Lara Kalaf, psychologist, my approach is integrative. It draws upon Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness principles. Through our therapeutic relationship and this integrative approach, I may be able to assist you in feeling better equipped in life to achieve the well-being, personal goals, meaning and purpose you desire.
We are excited to have this compassionate therapist on board to support you on your journey toward mental wellness.
