We are happy to announce that we are now offering Art Therapy services! When traditional talk therapies may feel intimidating, art therapy offers a safe space to express yourself in a non-verbal way. In art therapy, visual images, metaphors, and verbal communication are used for introspection. No artistic skill is required to benefit from this form of therapy, all you need is the desire to create from the provided materials of your choice!
Art therapy has been shown to bring positive results associated with coping with stress, anxiety, depression, and beginning to address trauma, and can help lessen conditions and/or symptoms experienced. Join our weekly closed art therapy group for a duration of a month for a total of 4 sessions
Drop-in when you feel the need at our open Art Therapy Studio sessions
