I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to creating a safe and supportive space for growth and self-discovery. My style is collaborative and empowering, focusing on helping clients develop practical tools and strategies to navigate life’s challenges. I primarily work with young adults, addressing concerns such as anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and life transitions. I use a blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused approaches. DBT helps clients build emotional regulation, mindfulness, and distress tolerance skills, while the Solution-Focused approach emphasizes strengths and future-oriented goals. Together, these methods foster resilience and empower clients to make meaningful changes in their lives. As a therapist, I am warm, nonjudgmental, and proactive. I aim to meet clients where they are and support them in uncovering their own potential. I especially enjoy working with clients who are motivated to explore their emotions, develop new coping strategies, and create a life that feels fulfilling and authentic.
